Course Description

This course will allow you to be exposed to the basics of a computer. You will practice basic computer skills needed to create and save a document, familiarize yourself with the computer and keyboard, and accessing the Internet. We will also explore Microsoft 365 Copilot. This course is not intended to be individualized tutoring for computer basics but offered in a group setting.  

Two-day workshop, Typically 2 hours in length.
Session 1: Topics include what is a computer, basic applications and components, keyboard and Mouse, etc.
Session 2: Topics include keyboard practice, creating a word document and saving, internet saving, meeting your AI-powered digital assistant- Copilot, etc.
